Arni-Poondi BHAGAWAN ADHINATHAR TEMPLE

The  temple complex  was  built  by  Vira  Vira Sambuvaraya, a chieftain under the later Cholas; containing 2 main shrines, one dedicated to Parswanatha, (16th century CE  )  and  the    other  to  Rishaba  (13th  century  CE),        the subshrines accommodate Jina sasana  devathas; A beautiful Manasthamba  erected  in  1942    adorns  the  temple;
