This tirth is very ancient. The tirth is the land of penance of many ascetics. According to Digambars, this kshetra is regarded as an AtishayKshetra. Nearly three hundred and fifty years ago, great and learned Digambar Acharya Samantabhadraji Maharaj Saheb practiced here severe penance. On this hill, there are ancient temples. The new idol was recently installed here under the auspices of His Holiness.
