This temple is more than 1000 years old. The Temple has a beautiful idol of Adinath which belongs to 'Chaturtha Kaal'. On 7th of July 1990, 42 idols old about 2000 years or more were unearth from the ground of this temple. All Idols are made of Black Stone.In year 1197 the general of Mohammad Gaury, Qutubuddeen Ebak came here with a huge force to break and destroy this temple and idol. As he entered the first ground of temple, dense flock of honey bees attacked fiercely on the invaders. The invaders had to run away but the bees continued to follow them until they bow down their heads in front of Lord Adinath. An idol of Qutubuddeen Ebak is carved out in standing posture with folded hands and bowing his head. The Idol is still available in the Temple. The event has been marked in many texts. Other temples in the town worth see in the town are Shri Suparshvanath Temple and Shri Chandraprabhu Digambar Jain Temple.
