Nandyavatra Mahal was developed on the inspiraion of Ganani Pramukh Shri Gyanmati Mataji at Kundalpur (Nalanda) which for centuries is known as Garbh and Janm Kalyanak Bhumi of Bhagwan Mahaveer & is center of belief and faith for devotees. 2610 years back onthis very earth Bhagwan Mahaveer took birth at seven storied divine palace named 'Nandyavarat'. In the remenbrance of this occassion and with the blessings of Maataji this teertha was developed in a very short span of 22 months (2003 - 04)
