Historical Importance:
Around 1000 year old ancient idol of Bhagwan Shantinath having height of 16 feet was installed in the temple, from whom the people of the area wishes as Khanuadev Rakshak God. The idol was re-installed at the new altar in 1981. Acharya Vidhyasagarji Sangh was here in 1982, 1992 and 2001. Shanti Bhawan has been constructed in front of the temple.
