Historical Importance:
This is the place where Samavsharan of Lord Parsvanath arrived nearly 2900 years before and five ascetics attained Salvation(Moksha). Temples(jinalay) having 13 Idols were found during excavation. The most ancient temple is of 1042 AD. In 1955 - 56 Choubishi Temple was established & in 1987 Prshavnath Samvasharan Temple(jinalay) was built. 38 temples on mountain, 13 temples at foothill and 2 temples on Paras Sarovar(Pond) are there.
