Khajuraho is a famous tourist place. There are many Jain and Hindu temples. 1000 years ancient temple of Chandel era has beautiful sculpture and architect. These are divide in the subgroup of east, west and south. Kandariya Mahadev and other artistic Hindu temples are in western group. Parshavnath mandir alongwith 16 temples and 34 altars are in easetern group, which are situated under the place of miracles(Atishay Kshetra).
