Historical Importance:
The place is known for Bhagwan Parshavnath divine preaching, the salvation place of Kewali and thousnads of different size Idols in 26 temples(jinalay). In cave(gufa) no.10 42' long and 30' wide Idol of Bhagwan Parshavnath which is biggest in sitting medidtative posture in the world is installed. between 1398 to 1536 these Idols are carved in the middle mountain. The Moughal invaders distroyed these Idols. On hitting Parshavnath Idol a mirale happened and destroyers flewed away.
